LohonoStays Monforte - Villa D

Villa D of Isprava’s gated community, Colina, exemplifies the Mediterranean design style and emphasises the indoor-outdoor living connect. The interiors are soothing with a primarily neutral grey-white colour palette, brought to life with blue accents. The large glass doors and windows of this Goan-Portuguese home, along with the stunning skylight in the living area, let in ample natural light and allow you to take in the lush green foliage. The dining area that opens out onto the private pool area, is perfect for a dinner soirée while the terrace, fitted with its own bar, is where you can enjoy your aperitifs. The 3 cozy bedrooms and den offer homely comforts and the best amenities for you to relax and unwind. Colina is truly a haven for city-dwellers. No two luxury homes here are alike and yet they maintain a beautiful sense of harmony. You can book multiple villas in the community for larger groups, while enjoying the privacy within your own villa. Conveniently located in Assagaon, Goa’s trendiest cafés and restaurants are right at your doorstep while the pristine beaches of Ashvem and Mandrem are just a short drive away.
